 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT FOR FREIGHT  The freight tendered to Auction and Dealer Auto Transport or its agents  

1) Auction and Dealer Auto Transport and its agents will not be held responsible for any  mechanical conditions of any vehicle being shipped. If it becomes a non-runner or needs  boost, loading and unloading for non-runners will be extra charges.  

2) All timelines for pick up and drop off locations are estimates and are not guaranteed.  Always use our tracking tool to know any status updates. We are not responsible for any  Auto Rentals Accruals and/or any Auto Rental Charges/any costs associated to delay in  transport of the vehicle, they will not be honored.  

3) Auction and Dealer Auto Transport drivers or agents are authorized to operate and  transport customer’s vehicle between its pick up locations and the destination set  forth on booking forms and Bill of Landing(s). We require the invoice to be paid in full  prior to the vehicle shipment. Invoice is subject to transportation base price, fuel  surcharge, destination province tax and extra service charge (if applicable, depending on  service needed).  

4) Vehicle must be washed prior to pick-up or delivery at the origin, so that we can  properly assess its condition. Should your vehicle  not be  clean  at  the  origin We  will be automatically be released of any liability/responsibility for scratches, dents  and any normally visible damage that can not be seen due to dust, dirt, snow, ice or any  other substances that prevents our driver from conducting a proper survey. We will not be  responsible for; cracked or chipped windshields, any damage to the interior of vehicle  and/or interior of vehicle and/or any articles left in the vehicle. All items left in the vehicle  at your own risk, damages caused by freezing, cooling systems and/or batteries (damage  caused from the vehicle itself).We do not insure vehicles damaged due to act of God  (storms, hail, floods etc)and vehicle is insured while in transport not sitting in the  terminal. You must have own insurance for that.  

5) Storage charges will apply to all vehicle(s) not paid for in full before transportation  from origin and to any vehicles that are not picked up by the customer after arrival at  destination. No release will be made without the account being paid in full. In addition to  storage charges an admin fee is applicable for $150 dollars. Storage Rate is $80 per day  per vehicle. These charges must be paid by receiver/owner/authorized person on forms  before the release of the vehicle(s). Failure to clear any dues will result in lien procedure  and collection of funds through legal avenues such as auction, court orders etc. All  associated costs will be billed to the client.  

 6) All quotes are based on Terminal to terminal (i.e dropped off and picked up at one of our  terminals) to Terminal transportation. If vehicle(s) are to be picked up from and/or  delivered to any addresses other than terminal locations it will be classified as door to  door service. The Door to Door transportation will be an addition of cost to the invoice  and base price quoted. Extra charges of towing or transportation (subject to applicability &  availability) will be applied to the invoice.           

 7) If there are issues to receive or deliver vehicle(s), for any reasons, wait charges will  apply Minimum charges are$150.00 for waiting. If a dry run occurs charges will apply. 

 8) Client is responsible for advising if vehicle is a low ride/modified and needs extra  attention. As these vehicles May notfitoneveryequipment heading towards the  destination, can have delays in shipment. Failure to indicate will automatically release us  from any liability/responsibility for any damage caused from under or lower part of the  vehicle. As it is impossible to conduct an inspection for damages from the bottom of the  vehicle.  

9) It is the client’s responsibility that the vehicle(s) contains suitable antifreeze for a  variety of temperatures. Please ensure that your vehicle(s) is road worthy and safe to  operate while transportation. Vehicle(s) with any mechanical issues must be declared when  placing an order via email. Failure to declare present issue will result in additional  charges being applied to the transportation cost and must be paid before the release of  the vehicle (subject to vehicle type). We advise vehicles should be appropriate for  weather conditions and fully functional, unless stated as a non- runner vehicle.  

10) If your vehicle fails to fit on some of our equipment, shipment delays may be caused for  the vehicle(s) to be transported. Shipment delays may also be caused to routes that are  not regular runs, vehicle(s) that fail to fit equipment at times, vehicles that have  belongings in them. Deposits/payment made is non-refundable.  

11) Auction and Dealer Auto Transport and its agents are not responsible for any loss or  delays caused by unforeseen circumstances Delays can be caused by unforeseen  circumstances (i.e. equipment breakdown, Weather conditions Shipment delays and  availability of equipment, uncommon routes).  

12) Once order is placed/confirmed via phone, text, email, fax or on web form the cancellation charges will be $500 to cover the spot booked on the trailer. 

13)Any unpaid accounts will be sent to a collection agency and further lien process shall follow to recover any unpaid transportation services.
